The Araldite® looks golden, ranging
from amber until ochre-yellow. The
layer begins to splinter into flakes
or aligned cracks. It seems that at
this step it was detached from both
surfaces of the glass.
Yellowed Araldite® with a shining whitish surface aspect, appears therefore to be detached from both surfaces. It is broken up by cracks or flakes as well as shrunken “flake-insulae” which can sometimes overlap.
