The window N VI is part of a monumental cycle in the clerestory of the choir dating to around 1300. The lower third of each window depicts four kings, alternately young and old, who stand in richly ornamented architectural tabernacles whose consoles are decorated with coats of arms. Above the figures stretch ornamental lancets with complex, interlacing patterns.

The window was reinstalled after World War II without being restored. The glass surfaces were corroded both inside and out.

During restoration work carried out between 1978 and 1982, the surface on lancets A and B was thoroughly cleaned and the paint secured with BS 31. The two lancets were reinstalled in 1992.

Panel 4bL was chosen  for the Constglass - Project because of the BS 31 treatment on the inside and the Ormocer® protection on the outside (1988).

More information about the window is available in the Object-Data by Constglass FhG ISC.
